Getting started is one thing — but the users who get the most out of the ATS are the ones who know which features to reach for and when. Whether you're struggling to write a job description, drowning in resumes, or spending too much time on manual follow-ups, there's a feature for that.

1. AI Job Description Generator

Skip the blank page. When creating a job, click Generate Job Description below the job title field and the AI will generate a full description from your job title. Review, edit, and you're done.

2. AI-Assisted Resume Screening

Lots of applicants? Open any applicant profile, go to the Resume tab, and click Generate AI Resume Analysis for an instant summary of their skills and experience against your job description.

Note: Works best when your job description has solid detail — another reason the AI Job Description Generator is worth using.

3. Scorecards

Keep candidate feedback consistent across your hiring team. Add evaluation categories (like Communication Skills or Relevant Experience) to any job, then score applicants from their profile under the Reviews tab.

Set default categories in Account Details > Feature Management and they'll auto-populate on every new job you create.

5. Workflow Automations

Let the system do the follow-up. A few automations worth turning on:

  • Interview Automations: Auto-send interview invites when an applicant hits a certain status.
  • Auto Background Checks: Trigger a background check the moment someone is marked as Hired.
  • Message Automations: Keep your candidates informed during every step of the hiring workflow by simply updating their status to fire off automated messages.

6. Background & Reference Checks

Before you make an offer, verify your top candidates. Order a background check from any applicant profile, or use Automated Reference Checks to let the system handle outreach for you.
