When you create a job posting in your account, we automatically send it to our full list of free job boards—pretty awesome, right? But what if you want to share the job on a site we don’t partner with or just want to give it some extra exposure? No worries! Here’s how you can do that:
Find Your Job’s Unique URL:
- After creating a position, go to your job grid and find the job you want to share.
- Click on the job title to open the details.
Copy the Application URL:
- In the job details, you’ll spot the job’s unique URL just below the job title, over on the left-hand side.
- You’ve got options here:
- Copy the URL directly from the page.
- Or click View Job Online to see the full listing and grab the URL from there.

Share the URL on External Job Boards:
- Now, with your URL in hand, you can paste it into any job board that’s not in our network. Whether it's a niche industry site or a company blog—share away!
- This way, all applicants, no matter where they find your job, will be directed back to your ATS, keeping all the info organized in one place.
- Extra Credit Points:

Important Note:
Your job is already being sent to our network of free job boards, so this step is only needed if you’re looking to post it somewhere we don’t cover or want to share it in other places (like social media or newsletters).
